A corporate wellness program course series teaches your employees how to eat for health. Cooking demonstrations as well as the importance of good nutrition is featured. All is based on the preponderance of the evidence. That is, this is science based. This program includes parts of the other four courses listed above, including cancer prevention, diabetes, weight management and kids health. Also, a customized program is available. Food for Life is an award-winning Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) program designed by physicians, nurses, and registered dietitians that offers cancer, diabetes, weight management, employee wellness, and kids classes that focus on the lifesaving effects of healthful eating. Each class includes information about how certain foods and nutrients work to promote health, along with cooking demonstrations of simple and nutritious recipes that can be recreated easily at home.
